Welcome to womego! We developed this page to help answer your questions about the site.Join womegoWe’ve tried to make joining the womego community simple and easy. Please follow the steps below to become a part of the “We”:

1. Click the “Register For Free” link in the upper right hand corner of the page.
2. Complete the form: include your email address, and select a username and password.
3. Click the submit button at the bottom of the page to complete your registration.

The Helping Hand portion of the womego community gives women access to one another: to discuss topics and ask for advice.Ask a Helping Hand Question

1. Click on the “Find a Helping Hand” link in the upper right hand corner of any womego page.
2. Enter your question in the box under “Ask a Helping Hand Question” and click the “GO” button.
3. Under “Create Helping Hand,” your question is now listed as the title of your post.
4. If you would like to expand upon your question, please include additional details in the box under “Body.”
5. If you would like to preview your question before posting it to the site, click the “Preview” button under the box.
6. To post your Helping Hand question click the “Save” button under the box.

Answer A Helping Hand Question

• Click on the “Find a Helping Hand” link in the upper right hand corner of any womego page.
• Click the “Browse all questions” link in the “Browse Helping Hand” box in the right hand column.
• You can use the “Filters” option under the “Find a helping hand” box to segment Helping Hand questions by “All Questions” and “Unanswered Questions.”
• Choose which questions you would like to view by clicking on “All Questions” or “Unanswered Questions.”
• Click on the title of a question you would like to answer.
• To read the question and reply, click the “Read more” link under the title of the question.
• Answer the question in the box labeled “Comment.”
• If you would like to preview your answer before posting it to the site, click the “Preview” button under the box.
• When you are ready to publish your answer to the question, click the “Submit” button.

1. Click on the “Find a Helping Hand” link in the upper right hand corner of any womego page.
2. Enter one or more keywords in the “Search Helping Hand” box in the right hand column and click the “GO” button.
3. Your search results will now be displayed.
4. Click on the title of a question you would like to read or answer.

Please note: If you didn’t find what you were looking for, here are some search tips to keep in mind:

• Double-check the spelling of words.
• Try using a different term or phrase.
• Use quotation marks around your words (ex: "depression" or "breast feeding").

Under “Hot Topics” you can get an up-to-the-minute view of womego’s most popular articles and Helpilng Hand topics.Search womegoNo matter where you go on womego, our search box is in the top right-hand corner of every page. To search the womego site, type one or more keywords into the search box and click "Search." Only articles containing your keyword (or words) will be listed under “Search Results.” Here are some search tips to keep in mind:

1. Double-check the spelling of words.

On the page listing your search results, you can segment your results by three categories: Articles, Helping Hand and Publishers. Under “Search Results” click the drop box and select the category you would like to view. Click the “GO” button to the right of the drop box.Adding Content to My womego (User Profile)Be a part of the "We." Join our online community by creating a personalized member profile. Log in to your account. Go to "My womego" in the upper right-hand corner. On the left side under the "HOME" and "NEWS & ISSUES" categories, please click on "Edit my profile". There are two tabs at the top of the page: Account & BioClick the “Account” Tab:Under "Account Information" you can change your username, email address, password and account status. Under "Picture" you can upload a photo to your account.

1. Simply click the “Browse” button.
2. Select your photo by clicking on the filename.
3. Click the “Open” button.
4. Once the photo file name has appeared in the box to the left of the “Browse” button, you can click on “Save” at the bottom of the page, and your picture will be uploaded to your account.

If you wish to delete your photo:

1. Go to “Picture”
2. Click the box to the left of "Delete picture"
3. Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page.
